We were saddened by the recent news of the passing of William “Bill” McNamara, a long time and active EACC member and Mulligan. He will be truly missed and our heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathy go out to the entire McNamara family.
The weather has not been very cooperative and therefore the first Friday nine hole round of Mulligan golf has yet to be played. Could the date be Friday, April 26 or some other Friday date in May? Remember to qualify, 2 foursomes must participate! There is a substantial amount of money “on the line”, who will be the lucky winner(s)?
The Postcard Committee has officially notified you that the season is coming to a close on Wednesday, May 1. This means that you only have a short time to send your postcard and become eligible for the PCC refund. Don’t miss out!
CONGRATULATIONS to Mark Cooke on his hole-in-one on April 18, on hole #2! Mark will be selecting a date in the future for all to celebrate with a drink.
I know it is only May, but volunteers to be Observers for this year’s IJM on June 25 through the 28 are needed. Please be on the lookout for the official sign up sheet to be posted in the Pro Shop on June 1.
