Dear Members,
Happy New Year! As we welcome 2025, I want to take a moment to thank you for your continued support. Your feedback and participation have been instrumental in helping us build a strong foundation over the past few months. I’m excited to see what this new year has in store for East Aurora.
This January, one of our key areas of focus will be improving communication. We’re implementing several hardware updates to streamline access to schedules, simplify the reservation process, and make event planning more efficient. These changes aim to make your experience with us as seamless as possible.
On the service side, we’re focusing on staff education to ensure improvement in both restaurant service and country club-specific standards. By refining our steps of service, we aim to create a consistently welcoming and comfortable environment for all members and staff alike.
I’m thrilled to dedicate January to making these improvements, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
