Dear valued members and colleagues,
I am writing to introduce myself as the new Director of Food, Beverage, and Events. Firstly, I would like to express my extreme enthusiasm for the opportunity to connect with and serve you all. With a strong background in restaurants and event management, I am confident that my skills and experience align with the goals and values of your esteemed organization.
I have spent 29 years honing my expertise in the restaurant industry. During this time, I have demonstrated a proven track record of managing events such as fundraisers, restaurants, and weddings. Moreover, my commitment to customer satisfaction has been instrumental in driving success in my previous endeavors. I have an undergraduate degree in Sports and Event Management and a master’s degree in business. I will always strive for the best and continue to learn and grow.
In addition to my professional background, I am a Buffalo native. Though I have lived in many other major cities, I believe there is no place like Buffalo. Our capacity for love balanced with tenacity is truly unmatched. I enjoy time with my family, gardening, my ’82 Chevy K10, and traveling. I am also passionate about animals as a foster mom for Buddy’s Second Chance.
I am eager to explore potential opportunities to get to know and work with you all individually and contribute to the continued success of EACC. I always welcome the opportunity to further discuss your feedback, concerns, or any questions you might have. My door is always open, and while it may take me time to get everyone’s name down, I sincerely look forward to knowing you all.
I would also like to extend a sincere thank you to the board, management, and staff who have been helpful and welcoming. It’s been a great team effort. Your efforts are truly appreciated! Only upward from here!
