We are reaching the final stretch of the major renovation project! Until we open our doors to membership, please do not stop in to have a look around or ask for a tour. I know you are all eager to see what’s happening in the clubhouse, but this is an important time for our contractors and we do not want to disrupt their progress. Any slow down with their momentum can potentially hinder their progress and we want to keep everything on track for a successful opening.
Spring represents new beginnings, and it’s an appropriate time for new beginnings at our clubhouse. In addition to the amazing renovations currently underway, we have some exciting announcements with our clubhouse staff.
First, let’s welcome Josh Noh as the new Executive Chef at EACC. Josh spent his career working for some of the top restaurants in Philadelphia. He learned to hone his skill and master his craft under some of the most influential chefs and restauranteurs in the business. Josh’s focus is on fresh and local food and farm to table whenever possible. We are very excited to see what he brings to our club and can’t wait for all of you to try his delicious food.
Also, please welcome Sarah “Abi” Lindon as our new bar manager. Abi has 20 years of bar management experience with a focus on hospitality. She has extensive wine and spirits knowledge and will create a unique EACC cocktail menu for our members to try.
The addition of these key roles will help us to further enhance the member experience by providing the best food, drink, and service in the area. It’s an exciting time for us in the clubhouse and we can’t wait to see everyone soon.
We unfortunately will not be hosting Easter Brunch this year. We will communicate to membership through email and/or clubster on our opening date once we have something concrete nailed down. Until then, enjoy spring and Happy Easter!
