It’s been a busy spring and we are off to a great start. Project work has been moving along as we clean up
areas from winter work and continue to address long overdue infrastructure needs. It’s a great time to be a
member of EACC.
The Tulip Tournament is upon us and before we know it the Jr Masters will be here. Adam, Tom, Kay
and Cody are leading an all-star grounds crew this year and making the course shine. Thanks to all of them for
being a part of EACC.
I would also like to recognize the staff that has stepped up during our Clubhouse transition and gone
above and beyond. Jenny Ames in the business office for her handling of all communications including phone
calls, ordering, directing traffic and a million other things that are not in her job description. Don Cook, for
working with chef Tony to add staff and prepare for daily operations as well as events and assisting David with all
club and outside event bookings. Deanna at the bar handling all training, ordering, and scheduling and Ashlyn
handling servers, scheduling and event set up and break down. And finally, Brenden in the shoe room/ halfway
house who has stepped up and done exponentially more to assist in this busy time than anyone will ever know. Be
sure to share your appreciation with all of the house staff for their hard work. They deserve it.
Remember, if you have question that I can help with don’t hesitate to contact me at
drew.thompson@eastauroracc.com. See you on the Course!
