Now that we are getting wrapped up with second winter, We are hoping we can get on with the golf
season and some better weather days are ahead. We have taken the opportunity to clean up as much of the
course as possible under the conditions. We still have a bit to go, but as we start to thaw out again and staff
return from their winter hiatus, we will make quick work of our remaining spring cleanup.
For 2024 we have a few projects we are looking forward to getting done. The electric lines and
poles that run from the front of the clubhouse down to #10 tee are scheduled to be removed any day now.
This should make for a much cleaner look to the area. We also have new roofs scheduled for the pro shop
and cart bar as well as painting on both of those buildings. A split rail fence will replace the hedges in the
front of the clubhouse as well. Lastly, we are still finalizing plans for golf course work for this season and
will share those plans once we have them solidified.
I look forward to seeing all of you as we open back up. Remember, if you have question that I can
help with don’t hesitate to contact me at drew.thompson@eastauroracc.com.
See you on the Course!
