From the Golf Shop:
We started off the season with a bang! We’ve already played close to 500 rounds of golf. That’s unheard
of in March. According to the extended summer forecast, we are in for a treat for WNY golf this year. I
want to remind everyone that the first nice weekend that presents itself is typically one of our busiest few
days of the season. Please make sure to plan accordingly and be patient. We don’t get that busy very
often as everyone is equally excited to shake off the rust. Our fingers are crossed that this weekend comes
sooner than later.
Merchandise is coming in almost daily so be sure to stop by as the weather begins to break and gear up
for the new season. We’ll be sure to have everything you need for your game. We’re excited to offer a
plenty of familiar brands as well as some new offerings that we think will be a huge hit. As always, we
can special order virtually anything you want or need. (Even if we don’t carry the company as an “in
stock” item)
Don’t forget about our new trade in opportunity that will be available to start this year’s season. A
representative will be here on April 17th to evaluate and take your trades. This program takes all the work
out of unloading some of your older equipment and starting the year with a head start in your credit book.
Sean Adamczyk with StickX will be on site to offer you and put the money in your credit book that day.
So, if you are thinking about making some purchases for the upcoming season, start looking through your
existing equipment and let’s save you some money. (Your trade in dollars can be spent for any items in the
shop. It doesn’t have to be strictly for equipment purchases but does have to be spent on golf merchandise).
With a full membership, storage in the bag room becomes strained during the heat of season. We ask
hat push carts only be stored if they are used on a WEEKLY basis. If they are not used weekly, please avoid
using the bag room for storage.
If you plan on putting new grips on your club to start the season, let us know so we can get them ordered. We
will periodically put orders in for grips to get you ready for the season.
Finally, please see below the announcement of the “You can’t lose spring raffle” This has become a
tremendously popular way for the membership to populate their credit books with an added opportunity to
start the year as a winner!
