Social Golf

Social golf provides an opportunity to relax and play in a 'mixed' format.  Each team is comprised of both male and female competitors.  Some weeks it is 2-person teams, and some weeks it is 4-person teams.  Teams make their own tee times between 4:00 and 6:00 PM.  The golf shop staff will announce the format and announce winners following play.  Dinner is not included in the event, although most stay.  Reservations are to be made by each group separately from the golf.

Men’s Invitational (Practice Round)

For those of you that have your guests in town early, the 'Optional' practice round is available. We will conduct a 2 man better ball event for teams interested. We suggest this as a MUST if your guest hasn't been afforded the opportunity to challenge our track. We charge a modest $10.00 per team entry and pay out the winners in shop credit. Teams need to play with EACC members, or other teams in the field.

Men’s Invitational

Our premier Men's event at EACC. This event provides an opportunity to showcase your club to a non-member partner. The field is split into flights of 6 teams and you will play each team once in your flight in a match play format. (27 holes on Friday and 18 holes on Saturday) The winners of each flight will battle for the overall championship in a 3 hole shootout. The rest of the field is guaranteed to be spectating with beverages in hand. The tournament is played over 2 days with an optional practice round on the Thursday before. Friday night offers a 'stag' dinner function with jokes, drinks, great food, and a chipping contest available for all participants. Grab your sportcoat and your bride for the Saturday post golf function. It is here that we will crown the champion team and celebrate with fine food and spirits. The sign-up process has changed this year to provide everyone an equal opportunity to participate. (Details will follow from the Tournament Committee) This event is subject to the EACC cancellation policy.

Frank Cravotta Art Reception

Join artist Frank Cravotta on Thursday, August 11 at 6:00pm for short reception. Meet the artist as he discusses his artwork. Snacks and wine will be provided for all those attending.

EACC Club Championship Weekend

EACC's Club Championship weekend is the highlight of our competitive golf calendar. The event is comprised of 36 holes of medal play over the August 13-14 weekend.   Day 2 is paired by low gross score. (The first time for both days begins at 7:30) We flight the event so every competitor has an opportunity to showcase their skills against others with like abilities. The ladies tee off immediately following the men's portion and the juniors will tee immediately following the ladies. Sign ups will be posted in the golf shop at the front entrance 3-4 weeks in advance of the event.

Men’s Senior Guest Day

Our senior invitational is a perennial sell out. This one day event is held the last Wednesday in August. The fun and competitive day is highlighted by a casual dining experience including both lunch and an outdoor cookout. If spending time reflecting on friendships over a great golf course and great food, this is the event for you. The only stipulation...you and your guest must be over 50 years old to participate. We have a lunch prior to our 1:00 shotgun start. The cookout and awards presentation take place immediately following golf.

EACC Pro Day

Pro Day....Everybody Wins!!! That's the theme, everybody wins something. This popular event has been going strong for over 30 years. A four person scramble is the format. No matter your score, you will walk away with something. How you finish is how you are called to the prize table. The better you score, the better selection. We will have everything from Drivers to golf towels and all in between. Another event that sells out fast, so keep a look out for the sign-up board!

Live 2# Whole Maine Lobster

The Clubhouse will feature whole 2# live Maine Lobster the last Friday of every month. Because these lobsters are special ordered we need anyone interested to make reservations and order their lobster before Wednesday, September 28. Every live lobster is served with potatoes, drawn butter, and hush puppies. This is the night for anyone who loves lobsters! Cross Country Golf

Join us for a unique perspective on the traditional EACC course layout. Cross Country golf is exactly what it sounds like. Have you played a tee ball from 15 tee to 18 green? Well, you will in this unique event. The field plays a variety of holes from different tees to different greens. Watch for the sign up as it always fills up fast!

Music on the Patio

Join us for our final Music on the Patio of the season. Buffalo icon and legend Geno McManus returns for an evening of live acustic music from 6:00pm-8:00pm. In case the weather isn't cooperating, we will move this event in the ballroom. Reservations are necessary to ensure a table.

John Edward SWAT

The last golf event of the season. Mr. Paul O'Brien will organize and pair those who show up on this Saturday Morning. It is a 3 person scramble open to all General Members. Playing in the cold is what made this event popular. Bundle up and join in the 3 person scramble. No need to sign up, but the golf shop will take names to help organize. Players will meet in the parking lot and OB will announce the pairings for the 9:00 shotgun start.
