Women’s Board Update February 2025
Happy March! Spring is just around the corner…
I know many of our members are in warmer climates for the winter, but for those of you in WNY we missed you at our Tees & Taps event! We had a great time & it felt good to swing a golf club again!
The Women’s Board has been busy planning fun social events for 2025 – a little something for everyone! Mark your calendars now, event details to follow:
Sunday, April 6th – Brunch with the Bunny (family event – child friendly)
Saturday, May 4th – Kentucky Derby Party (adult party)
Thursday, June 5th – Flower Power (flower planters with master gardener Mary Kamien)
Thursday, June 19th – Outdoor Family Movie Night (family event – child friendly)
Saturday, October 19th – Oktoberfest (adult party)
Saturday, November 8th – Sip & Shop (ladies social event/philanthropy)
Thursday, December 4th – Cocktails & Cookies (learn frosting techniques from a cookie pro)
Saturday, December 6th – Breakfast with Santa (family event – child friendly)
Wednesday, December 10th – Open Mic Night with Jeff & Mary Kamien (adult event – holiday cheer)
We’re working on other events as well & will share those details as we have them. In the meantime, watch for some “Pop-Up” events! We’re keeping an eye on the weather for a “Winterfest” date – sledding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, firepits & warm beverages. When the conditions allow, we’ll send out an email!
We’re selling tickets to an “Irish Booze Basket” that will be raffled at the St. Patrick’s Day event being held at the club on Saturday, March 15th! It features a cooler, EACC glassware, Guinness, Jameson, Baileys, Red & White wine, lottery tickets and other Irish themed items. Tickets will be sold at the club on 3/5, 3/7, 3/12 & 3/14 from 5:30-7:00pm. 1 ticket for $10 – 3 tickets for $25. Proceeds to benefit future Women’s Board events & entertainment.
