Women’s Board Updates

Greetings from The Women’s Board. Spring is definitely in the air and the EACC Women’s Board is hosting two events in March.
Mark your calendars for Cooking with the Chef on Thursday, March 21 from 6 pm to 8 pm. Chef Brandon will be directing the group on how to assemble their own Beef Wellington dish. Trimmings include crepes, puff pastry, mushroom duxelles, prosciutto and mustard along with a crudites of various appetizers and a glass of wine. Please RSVP by March 14 as space is limited and for $50.00 per person it is sure to sell out.
Come and experience a unique way to gather with friends, unwind and hit some golf balls on March 28 from 7 pm to 9 pm at T squared Tees and Taps located at 10 Center Drive in Orchard Park. The Women’s Board booked two Top of the Line Foresight golf simulators with huge six feet screens for two hours including appetizers. Bar drinks are not included in the price of $40.00 per person. This event is limited to 30 people and guests are welcome so RSVP by March 14. This event is sure to help shake off the winter blues and improve your swing. I am pleased to announce that the Women’s Board has selected and secured a local vendor/decorator for our new window coverings for the first-floor main lobby and upper level windows. We continue to explore options that will add beauty to our club so stay tuned for future communication related to our mission.
In closing, I want to thank Eric Kanner for his assistance and dedication to our club and especially to the Women’s Board. We will miss him, but we wish him well in his future endeavors.
